Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The primary purpose of processing the foregoing personal data is to enable the ADSSU to process the initial registration and data gathering for the college.

ADSSU collects personal information through the https://sis.asscat.edu.ph and https://services.asscat.edu.ph. All documents containing the personal information of the users are directly processed, collected, stored, and protected through the Student Admission System (SAS), Job Portal Information System (JPIS) and other ADSSU systems.

ADSSU safeguards the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information physically and/or electronically by maintaining a combination of organizational, physical, and technical security measures based on accepted data privacy and information security standards such as access control, acceptable use, firewall, end-to-end encryption, data classification requirements, etc.
Personal data shall be stored in the database for 5 years from the last activity, extendible as the need arises due to the pendency of a case or any other legal ground. Once data has served its purpose, it shall be forwarded for archiving for 10 years in a secured physical drive before being completely disposed of and destroyed by anonymization or any other secure manner.
