In line with its commitment to inclusive leadership and employee welfare, the Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) held a consultative meeting with officers of the ASSCAT Non-Teaching Personnel Association (ANPA) and the ASSCAT Faculty Association (AFA) on January 13, 2026.

The meeting was attended by ASSCAT’s top management alongside ANPA and AFA officers and served as a venue for meaningful discussions on personnel benefits. Through open dialogue, participants were able to raise concerns, seek clarifications, and exchange proposals aimed at improving the welfare of both teaching and non-teaching personnel.

College administrators highlighted that open and sustained collaboration with employee organizations is key to building trust and a productive academic community, reflecting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 17 on strengthening partnerships for inclusive and effective governance. Through this approach, ASSCAT continues to nurture a harmonious workplace where shared goals and mutual respect shape policies for the benefit of the entire College community.
