This March 1, as ASSCAT celebrates its 31st Paghimugso anchored on the theme “Three Decades and Beyond: Strengthening Academic Excellence, Governance, and Community Impact,” College President Dr. Joy C. Capistrano will deliver her 6th State of the College Address.

In the days ahead, our community will hear a candid account of where we stand—how the College has evolved, what has been strengthened, and the direction we are taking moving forward.

The Address will revisit the gains we have achieved together, acknowledge the realities and challenges we continue to face, and lay down clear priorities that will shape the Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology in the years to come.
