Senior High School students under the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) strand of Bunawan National High School (BNHS) visited the Science Laboratory facilities of Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) for an academic enrichment activity focused on practical exposure to Biology and Chemistry. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on experiments, students reinforced classroom concepts through real laboratory investigation.

The initiative highlights ASSCAT’s commitment to supporting secondary education through partnerships and outreach, aligning with SDG 4 (Quality Education) while also contributing to SDG 9 and SDG 17 through the promotion of innovation and institutional collaboration.

The experience provided meaningful academic exposure, deepening students’ appreciation of scientific inquiry and encouraging them to strive for excellence in their chosen strand.
