In celebration of ASSCAT’s 31st Paghimugso, faculty and staff gathered yesterday at the Sports and Socio-Cultural Center for a day filled with camaraderie, creativity, and friendly competition.

The much-anticipated Faculty and Staff Day gathered employees from various offices and colleges, turning the venue into a vibrant display of colors, cheers, and shared pride. United in team banners and coordinated outfits, participants showed both competitive spirit and strong community bonds.

The event opened with energetic Saludo and Team Yelling performances, followed by the Oath of Amateurism affirming fairness and sportsmanship. The Mr. and Ms. Faculty and Staff 2026 added excitement, before teams competed in sports and Laro ng Lahi games, filling the venue with cheers and strengthening camaraderie.

This was made even more meaningful through the collaboration of the ASSCAT Non-Teaching Personnel Association (ANPA) and the ASSCAT Faculty Association (AFA), whose shared efforts highlight the institution’s strong commitment to employee welfare, alongside by ongoing wellness programs that promote work-life balance, mental well-being, and a healthy, empowered workforce.

More than a festive gathering, the Faculty and Staff Day served as a meaningful reminder that ASSCAT’s 31 years of growth and accomplishments are made possible by the dedication of its people. As the celebration concluded, faculty and staff carried with them renewed energy and a strengthened sense of unity, true to the spirit of Paghimugso and the enduring legacy of ASSCAT.
