Elegance, excitement, and celebration filled the air as the ASSCAT community witnessed one of the most anticipated highlights of the 31st Paghimugso Celebration, the Mr. and Ms. ASSCAT 2026 Coronation Night.

The evening opened with an energetic production number with the Saliao Performing Arts Guild, followed by the Summer Wear and Long Gown competitions, where candidates impressed the audience through confidence, poise, and stage presence. 

A defining moment of the night came during the Top Five Question and Answer portion, where finalists confidently shared their insights and perspectives. Their responses reflected intelligence, authenticity, and the leadership qualities expected from ASSCAT’s future ambassadors.

Standing out among this year’s exceptional candidates, Kirby Calibayan of the College of Engineering and Industrial Technology (CEIT) was awarded Mr. ASSCAT 2026, while Michaela Ocite of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) claimed the title of Ms. ASSCAT 2026, marking their triumphant rise as the institution’s newest titleholders.

This successful celebration was made possible through the unwavering support of ASSCAT Top Management led by College President Joy C. Capistrano, alongside the Vice Presidents, College Deans, the Supreme Student Government, and the dedicated organizing team behind the event.
