Bunawan, Agusan del Sur – April 24, 2026 — Agusan del Sur State University (ADSSU), in collaboration with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bunawan, took part in the province-wide clean-up drive today, mobilizing its academic community in support of environmental responsibility and community engagement.

Held at 6:00 AM, the initiative covered both campus grounds and the national highway fronting the university, with volunteers focusing on roadside clean-up along ADSSU’s perimeter.

Participants included students, faculty, and staff, with active involvement from the ROTC unit and the General Services Department, working collectively alongside local counterparts.

The activity forms part of the province’s ongoing preparations for the Palarong Pambansa, helping ensure clean, safe, and welcoming surroundings for incoming athletes, delegates, and visitors.

Through efforts like this, ADSSU and LGU Bunawan continue to strengthen a shared culture of volunteerism and environmental stewardship—contributing to a cleaner province and a more responsive community.
