Agusan del Sur State University (ADSSU) achieved another historic milestone as its Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit earned an exceptional 96.990% rating during the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2026, setting a new institutional record and marking the highest rating in the University’s history.

Held at the ADSSU Track and Field, the inspection highlighted the ROTC Unit’s discipline, leadership, organization, and operational readiness. COL. RAY P. PASCO, GSC (INF), PA, served as chairperson of the evaluation, leading the inspection team in assessing the University’s ROTC program and overall performance.

The achievement reflects years of continuous improvement and commitment to excellence in military training and leadership development. From 86.86% in 2023, the ROTC Unit steadily improved to 90.85% in 2024, 94.44% in 2025, and now a historic 96.990% in 2026—demonstrating the dedication, discipline, and perseverance of the cadet officers, cadets, training staff, and University administration.

Throughout the activity, the ADSSU ROTC Unit showcased professionalism, precision, and teamwork, embodying the values of patriotism, service, and responsible leadership. The historic accomplishment further strengthens the University’s commitment to producing resilient and service-oriented future leaders who are prepared to contribute meaningfully to nation-building and community development.
