As we celebrate the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, we take a moment to recognize the people who make public service meaningful through their dedication, commitment, and everyday work.

In this celebration, Agusan del Sur State University (ADSSU) President Dr. Joy C. Capistrano, together with Vice President for Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance, Dr. Carmelo S. Llanto, and Vice President for Research, Innovation, Development, and Extension Affairs, Dr. Ferdinand A. Dumalagan share their messages for the University community and all public servants.

May these words serve as a reminder of the value of what we do and the difference we make through our service.
