The Agusan del Sur State University Alumni Association turned over a donation to the University’s Guidance and Counseling Center during a ceremony held at the ADSSU Administration Board Room.

Present during the turnover were Alumni Trustee Hon. Johnny Ramos, Alumni Association officers, and Vice President for Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance Dr. Carmelo S. Llanto.

The donation will support the Center’s counseling and student assistance programs, particularly its efforts to respond to students facing personal, emotional, and academic concerns. It will also help strengthen the University’s ongoing mental health and suicide prevention initiatives by supporting early assistance, counseling, and referral for students who may need further professional help.

The alumni support adds to the University’s efforts to ensure that students have access to guidance when they need it, reinforcing the role of the Guidance and Counseling Center in promoting student well-being and a supportive campus community.
