On February 18, 2026, ASSCAT President Dr. Joy C. Capistrano met with Dr. Lora L. Yusi, Director of the Office of Institutional Quality Assurance and Governance (OIQAG), and Myrna Q. Mallari, Commissioner of the Commission on Higher Education(CHED), at the CHED Central Office.
