Bunawan, Agusan del Sur —Demonstrating wellness and community spirit, the Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) successfully conducted the 31st Unity Run, a 10-kilometer fun run held as part of the institution’s 31st Paghimugso and in support of the National Women’s Month Celebration.

The event gathered a diverse group of participants who enthusiastically took part in the early morning run. The event highlighted the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle while strengthening the sense of community that has defined ASSCAT through its 31 years of service.

To recognize exceptional performance, cash prizes were awarded to the Top 10 Male and Female Finishers. It also featured special awards honoring the Youngest Registered Participants, Oldest Registered Participants, and the Fastest Couple Runners.

More than a race, the Unity Run symbolized perseverance, equality, and collective progress, values that resonate with ASSCAT’s anniversary celebration while advancing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and and promoting empowerment through the initiatives of ASSCAT GAD Focal Point System in celebration of National Women’s Month.
